ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 certification

ICT services division, in May 2016 successfully passed the certification audit according to ISO / IEC 20 000-1 “IT service management” and ISO / IEC 27001 “Information Security Management System”. These two standards confirm that properly we manage our processes and service SIMPHONY has guaranteed parameters. The certification audit carried out by respected international authority, Bureau Veritas.
